How to plan a week's worth of meals in less than 3 minutes.

Hey life lovers! So today I'm going to show you how to make meal planning simple and fun. While doing research for meal planning, I realized that a lot of the methods out on the internet and in health stores were either restrictive or offered too much choice without any real guidance. That's when I decided decided to forego the article and focus on creating something that could balance the two.

This is how the Meal Dealing Deck came to be. Each card falls into one of 6 categories: proteins, veggies, carbs/ starches, snacks/ add-ons, oils/ fats and regional seasonings. Here is link to a quick demo of how the system works and below is a list of the 50 cards included in the base deck.
